I've got a machine running Vista and I added a 2nd hard drive to try out Linux (both drives are 160GB). I have Fedora Core 6 and have run through the installation and modify install (many times now!) and when I reboot I never get a choice of OS to start up - the machine always comes up in Windows. Frustrating!

Of course, there's no floppy in this system and USB ports won't work without windows so trying to add some cd-rom drivers first... seems to also be a problem. WIn XP but after install I get Windows Protection error and have tried all sorts of msconfig suggestions from MS support pages but can't get past this.

The title on my screen says Windows Vista Community then Discussions in Media Center PC. The thing is I had Win MCE 2005 the tuner worked fine. Did a clean install of vista ult.
